This is a plain-language summary of how teambid.lol works, not a substitute for advice from a lawyer. Sections marked [fill in] need the operator's real details before this page is relied on for anything.
What this is
teambid.lol is a paid leaderboard: pay the current minimum or more, and your site's name and link are shown next to the club you picked until someone else pays more. That's the entire service — there is no guarantee of traffic, sales, or any other outcome from being listed.
Payment
Payments are processed by Whop, a third-party payment processor. By paying, you also agree to Whop's own terms of service.
Payments are final. The one exception: if someone else's bid is confirmed to have won the same slot before yours — see the rules page — you are refunded automatically.
Your listing
You're responsible for the site or link you submit and everything on it. teambid.lol doesn't review listings before they go live, and can remove a listing that breaks the acceptable-use rules without a refund.
Club names, crests, and colors shown on the board belong to the clubs they represent. Bidding on a club is not an endorsement by that club, and nothing about a listing implies one.
No warranty
The board is provided as-is. teambid.lol isn't liable for downtime, lost bids caused by factors outside its control, or any outcome — good or bad — from a listing being shown.
Changes
These terms can change as the board changes. The version in effect is whatever is posted here at the time.
